Our goal is to offer you superior customer service. Below is an outline of how we try to make ordering and receiving our products as easy and efficient as possible.

We currently offer ordering through our online shop in Germany and Austria only. For information about a supplier near you, please click here for a list of our international distributors. .

Delivery

We try to provide you with your products as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, and during peak-traffic within 5 business days. On the rare occasion when an item is not in stock, order processing will be delayed. We currently ship with DHL.

Shipping within Germany

A charge of € 3,95 will apply when shipping within Germany, including packaging and all other costs. Shipment is free for registered customers placing an order worth at least € 20,00 and unregistered customers placing a minimum order value of € 50,00.

Shipping to Austria

A charge of € 7,95 will apply for all deliveries to Austria. For registered customers who place orders through their user account, delivery is free for orders of € 50,00 and above.

Method of Payment
